基于智能控制的机械电子系统设计研究

摘要 针对传统插秧机存在作业效率低、质量稳定性不足的问题,引入智能控制技术,研究并设计一套高效、实用的机械电子系统。首先,阐述智能控制理论基础并对机械电子系统进行概述;其次,对机械电子系统展开设计,包括系统总体设计、硬件设计及智能控制策略分析;最后,实施性能试验分析。结果表明,该系统可以大幅提升作业精度,减少人力依赖,为农业生产的现代化与智能化提供强有力的技术支持。 In response to the problems of low efficiency and insufficient quality stability of traditional rice transplanters,this paper introduces intelligent control technology to study and design an efficient and practical mechanical and electronic system.Firstly,elaborate on the theoretical foundation of intelligent control and an overview of mechanical and electronic systems.Secondly,design the mechanical and electronic system,including overall system design,hardware design,and analysis of intelligent control strategies.Finally,conduct performance test analysis.The results show that the system can significantly improve operational accuracy,reduce human dependence,and provide strong technical support for the modernization and intelligence of agricultural production.
