“岗课证赛创”融合育人课程教学改革研究——以“食品理化检测技术”为例

摘要 “岗课证赛创”是以课程为核心,将岗位、比赛、技能证书、科研融入课程的一种教学模式。该文以企业岗位需求为导向开设典型工作项目,以比赛、“1+X”证书为抓手,对标国赛和技能证书标准,规范化、标准化操作,通过以岗设课、以证促课、赛教融合、科教融汇的方式,全方位实施食品专业核心课程“食品理化检测技术”的教学改革。实践表明,“岗课证赛创”融合教学改革激发了学生的兴趣和动力,提高了学生的职业竞争力,满足了行业人才需求。 The“Post-Course-Certificate-Competition-Creation”integration is a teaching mode that focuses on the curriculum and integrates positions,competitions,skill certificates,and scientific research into the curriculum.The article sets up typical work projects guided by the job requirements of enterprises,using competitions and“1+X”certificates as the starting point,benchmarking national competitions and skill certificate standards,standardization and normalization of operations,comprehensively implementing the teaching reform of the core course“Food Physicochemical Testing Technology”in the food major through the establishment of courses based on job requirements,promotion of courses based on certificates,integration of competition and education,and integration of science and education.Practice has shown that the integrated teaching reform of“Post-Course-Certificate-Competition-Creation”can stimulate students'interest and motivation,improve students'professional competitiveness and meet the talent needs of the industry.
