新文科背景下旅游管理专业“一线四立五融”课程思政体系构建

Construction of a“One-Line,Four-Establish,Five-Integrate”Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education System for Tourism Management Majors in the Context of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设的目标之一是培养新时代需要的高素质创新人才。文章以新文科建设为背景,构建旅游管理专业“一线四立五融”的课程思政体系,即以新型旅游人才的培养目标作为立德树人任务的主线,将立德、立志、立学、立行作为育人维度,将思政教育的理念、内容等有机融入旅游管理专业课程的五个教学环节,并提出了学科融合机制、行业联动机制和组织保障机制三大育人机制,以促进新文科教育理念的践行,培养适应文旅时代发展的新型旅游人才。

One of the goals of the construction of new literal arts is to cultivate high-quality innovative talents needed in the new era.Taking as its background the construction of new liberal arts,this paper constructs a“one-line,four-establish,five-integrate”curriculum-based ideological and political education system for tourism management majors.To be specific,it takes the goal of cultivating new tourism talents as the main line of the task of fostering morality and cultivating people,helps students establish themselves in the four dimensions of morality,ambition,ability and action,and organically integrates the concept and content of ideological and political education into the five teaching circles of tourism management major courses.And this paper also puts forward three education mechanisms:the discipline integration mechanism,industry linkage mechanism and organizational guarantee mechanism.Hopefully,these mechanisms may promote the practice of education concepts of new liberal arts,and train new tourism talents adaptable to the development of cultural tourism era.
