艺术激活视角下工业遗产保护与更新策略——以重庆鹅岭贰厂改造更新项目为例

The Strategies for the Protection and Renewal of Industrial Heritages from the Perspective of Art Activation:A Case of the Renovation and Renewal Project of Chongqing TESTBED 2

随着城市化的推进和城市经济的转型,城市内老旧工业建筑和厂区在城市建设过程中被越来越多地关注,大量工业遗存经过保护再利用的改造后被再次投入使用,因其空间特征和质感肌理,改造模式以创意产业园为主。艺术激活社区的改造策略,为工业遗产的保护性转化和再利用提供了更贴合时代、创新、多样化的模式。重庆工业遗存丰富,本研究选取近年重庆工业遗产改造典例鹅岭贰厂作为研究对象,着重分析其提出的艺术主题激活空间和活动的策略,为其后续发展提出建议,也为同类项目提供值得借鉴的经验。

In the process of urbanization construction,with the transformation of the urban economy,more and more attention is being paid to old industrial buildings and factory areas in the city.A large number of industrial relics have been protected and reused after renovation work.Due to the spatial characteristics and texture of the factories,most of them are renovated as creative industrial parks.The transformation strategy of art activated communities provides a more contemporary,innovative,and diverse model for the protective transformation and reuse of industrial heritage.Chongqing has abundant industrial heritage.As a result,this paper selects TESTBED 2,a typical example of Chongqing’s industrial heritage renovation in recent years,as the research object.This paper focuses on analyzing the strategies of activating the space and activities with artistic theme,and provides suggestions for its future development.It also provides valuable experience for similar projects to learn from.
