文旅融合背景下特色性公共文化设施规划策略研究——以厦门市为例

Research on the Strategies for the Planning of Characteristic Public Cultural Facilities Based on Integration of Culture and Tourism:A Case of Xiamen

在文旅融合的时代大背景下,特色性公共文化设施作为体现文化和旅游结合的主要场所,已成为公共服务体系中代表城市特色的热点话题。厦门市是首批国家公共文化服务体系示范城市,从文旅融合角度出发,提升“基础+特色”的设施配置,关注文化立体空间,打造复合文旅功能,对特色性公共文化设施规划策略进行探索,为其他类似城市提供参考。

In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,characteristic public cultural facilities have become a hot topic representing urban characteristics in the public service system as the main venue for reflecting the combination of culture and tourism.Xiamen is one of the first demonstration cities for the national public cultural service system.Starting from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,it proposes the facilities configuration of“foundation+features”,and focuses on cultural three-dimensional space to create composite cultural and tourism functions.The paper explores the strategies for the planning of characteristic public cultural facilities,and provides a reference for other similar cities.
