国际舆论环境中的新闻传播话语体系构建及实践探索

Construction and Practice Exploration of News Communication Discourse System in International Public Opinion Environment

中国特色社会主义理论与实践的新发展,对打造具有中国特色的话语体系提出了新要求。构建中国话语体系不仅是对内统一思想、凝聚力量的必然要求,更是对外讲好中国故事,提升中国国际话语权,增强国家文化软实力的重大举措。本文选取新闻传播在国际舆论环境建设中的重要性作为研究入手点,在此基础上结合当前的国际发展形势、国际舆论环境情况探索了我国新闻传播话语体系构建的具体路径,为加快我国新闻传播话语体系建设提供借鉴,以更好阐释中国道路、讲好中国故事、传播中国文化,不断增强我国的国际影响力和国际话语权。

The new development of the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics has put forward new requirements for building a discourse system with Chinese characteristics.Constructing a Chinese discourse system is not only an inevitable requirement for internal unity of thought and cohesion of strength,but also a significant measure to tell China's story well to the foreign world,enhance China's international discourse power,and strengthen the country's cultural soft power.This paper takes the importance of news communication in the construction of the international public opinion environment as the starting point for research.Based on this,it explores the specific path of constructing China's news communication discourse system in combination with the current international development situation and international public opinion environment,providing references for accelerating the construction of China's news communication discourse system,so as to explain the Chinese path,tell China's stories,disseminate Chinese culture,and continuously enhance China's international influence and international discourse power.
