Research on the Data-based Organization of Archive Resources for Diversified Utilization Scenarios

档案资源数据化组织是数智时代档案资源深度利用的基础和前提。然而,档案资源数据化组织是一项复杂的工程,它需要立足档案利用场景,分析和总结不同类型用户的利用需求,并以此为依据开展具体工作。本文在当前我国档案资源数据化组织问题分析的基础上,提出了面向多元化利用场景的档案资源数据化组织设想,阐释了其组织实现逻辑,构建了具体组织实现框架,并从资源组织理念确立、业务支撑系统设计、技术赋能平台开发、效果评价机制构建等层面提出了具体实现保障策略。

The data-based organization of archival resources is the foundation and prerequisite for the profound utilization of archival resources in the era of digital intelligence.However,the data-based organization of archival resources is a complex project.It requires grounding in archival utilization scenarios,analyzing and summarizing the utilization needs of different types of users,and carrying out specific work based on these insights.Based on the analysis of current issues in the data-based organization of archival resources in China,the paper proposes a vision for the data-based organization of archival resources oriented towards diversified utilization scenarios.It explains the logic of its organization and realization,constructs a specific framework for implementation,and finally,offers specific strategies for ensuring its implementation from the aspects of establishing resource organization concepts,designing business support systems,developing technology-empowered platforms,and building evaluation mechanisms for effectiveness.
