摘要
跨界搜索在知识经济时代对新创企业实现颠覆性创新至关重要,有助于打破资源和技术束缚,获取外部创新知识,应对市场变化,从而推动企业的创新成长。本文基于组织搜索理论和知识管理理论,从技术和市场维度探讨新创企业非正式搜索对颠覆性创新的影响机制。用SPSS 27.0和AMOS 28.0对519份样本进行实证检验。研究发现技术知识非正式搜索和市场知识非正式搜索均对颠覆性创新具有促进作用。同时,知识重构在跨界搜索与颠覆性创新之间起到了中介作用,而数字技术应用则进一步强化了跨界搜索对知识重构的促进效果。根据结论,本文为企业总结出管理启示:在跨界搜索过程中,企业应综合运用多种搜索方式,并重视内外部知识的有效管理;同时,借助数字技术提升知识重构能力,为颠覆性创新提供有力支持。这些发现对于新创企业探索有效的创新路径、实现持续发展具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。
In the knowledge economy,startups need to search beyond boundaries to achieve disruptive innovation.This helps them overcome resource and technology limits,learn new things,adapt to market changes,and grow.Using organizational search and knowledge management theories,this study explores the impact mechanism of informal search on disruptive innovation in startups from the perspectives of technology and market.Using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 28.0,an empirical test was conducted on 519 samples.The results indicate that both technology and market knowledge informal search positively contribute to disruptive innovation.Furthermore,knowledge reconstruction plays a mediating role between boundary-spanning search and disruptive innovation,while digital technology application further enhances the promotion effect of boundary-spanning search on knowledge reconstruction.The study provides managerial insights:startups should utilize multiple search methods in boundary-spanning search and emphasize effective management of internal and external knowledge.Additionally,leveraging digital technology to enhance knowledge reconstruction capabilities can provide strong support for disruptive innovation.These findings are of strategic and practical significance for startups to explore effective innovation paths and achieve sustainable development.
