超长距离TBM施工运输调度管理系统——以北疆某供水工程为例

摘要 为解决超长距离TBM隧洞多车辆行驶风险高、运输效率低、调度管理时效性差等施工难题,分析TBM隧洞施工常见的4种多车辆行驶道路模式,即单车道和双车道无轨运输、单线和四轨三线有轨运输。针对不同运输方式和道路模式设计智能调度算法逻辑规则,形成基于蓝牙信号强度的隧道内车辆实时定位及轨迹预测方法,研制具有实时定位、实时语音通话、在线视频等功能的盒体式车载终端,开发具有普适性、通用性和参数化、模块化的长距离隧道施工车辆智能调度管理系统。该系统在北疆某供水工程输水隧洞长距离TBM施工单线有轨运输工况下进行应用示范,实现了多车辆智能防碰撞和语音实时对讲调度,提高了长距离物料运输效率和多车辆行驶安全性。 When multiple transportation vehicles traveling in ultra-long tunnel bored by tunnel boring machine(TBM),problems such as high driving risk,low transportation efficiency,and poor timeliness of scheduling management exist.Thus,four common multi-vehicle driving road modes in TBM tunnel construction,i.e.,single-lane and dual-lane trackless transportation,single-line and four-track-three-lane railed transportation,are analyzed.The logic rules of intelligent scheduling algorithm are designed for different transportation and road modes,forming real-time positioning and trajectory prediction methods for vehicles in tunnels based on Bluetooth signal strength.Moreover,the box-type vehicle-mounted terminals with functions of real-time positioning,real-time voice calls,and online video are developed,thus realizing an intelligent dispatching management system for long-distance tunnel construction vehicles with universality, generality, parameterization, and modularization. The system has been applied in a long-distance TBM tunnel of a water supply project in Northern Xinjiang, realizing intelligent anti-collision and voice real-time intercom scheduling of multi-vehicle, and improving the efficiency of the project′s long-distance material transportation and multi-vehicle driving safety.
