摘要
为研究长距离隧道施工中,电动出渣车续航里程对工效和成本的影响,通过分析电动出渣车的续航里程、装载容量、施工需求等多个因素,构建长距离隧道电动出渣车配置模型,以指导实际工程中的车辆配置和调度。提出固定装渣时间、连续工作、固定续航里程、返回出发点等基本假设,构建出渣量约束、车次数约束、连贯性约束和续航里程约束等约束条件,并通过实际案例分析,计算正洞和平行导洞在不同掘进里程下的电动出渣车配置需求,分析在不同季节条件下,续航里程变化导致的配置差异。研究结果表明:电动出渣车的续航里程对车辆配置和运行效率有显著影响,增加单车装载量并非是减少车辆需求的最优解,要综合考虑掘进距离和续航里程等多种因素。
To examine the influence of endurance mileage of electric mucking vehicle on work efficiency and cost in long-distance tunnel construction,the endurance mileage,loading capacity,and construction demand of the electric mucking vehicle are analyzed to constructed a configuration model of the electric mucking vehicle in the long-distance tunnel,providing guidance for vehicle configuration and scheduling.Considering the basic assumptions such as muck loading time,muck unloading time,and average speed,the constraints such as mucking quantity constraint,vehicle number constraint,continuity constraint,and driving mileage constraint are constructed.Based on a case analysis,the configuration requirements of electric mucking vehicle under different endurance mileage of main tunnel and parallel guide tunnel are calculated,and the configuration differences caused by the change of endurance mileage in different seasons are analyzed.The results show that the endurance mileage of the electric mucking vehicle exhibit a significant impact on the vehicle configuration and operation efficiency.Increasing the loading capacity of a vehicle is not the best solution to reduce the vehicle demand,and many factors such as driving distance and endurance mileage should be considered comprehensively.
