隧道结构智能综合检测装备研制与应用

摘要 为解决隧道结构健康检测常规方式存在检测指标相对单一、机械化程度低、检测效率低、智能化水平低、安全风险高等突出问题,通过“非接触远距离检测”“表观病害智能检测与识别”“装备集成与智能控制”等关键技术研究与创新,研制出隧道结构智能综合检测装备,实现隧道结构内部病害、表观病害、结构形变等一体化综合检测。经工程验证,该装备可实现隧道衬砌厚度、背后空洞、钢拱架分布、衬砌裂缝、衬砌裂损、渗漏水、隧道断面及盾构法隧道椭圆度、管片错台等非接触高效综合检测,其综合作业效率为10~40 km/h,比常规检测方式提升2~8倍,检测方舱采用模块化设计,可搭载于轮式汽车底盘、轨道平板车等多种载体,适用于隧道建设施工过程中、竣工验收及运营期等多种工况,市场应用前景广阔。 The existing inspection method for tunnel structure is single in index,low in mechanization,inspection efficiency,and intelligentization,and high in risk.Therefore,an intelligent comprehensive tunnel structure inspection equipment has been developed,integrating technologies such as non-contact remote detection,intelligent detection and recognition of apparent diseases,and equipment integration and intelligent control.This equipment realizes integrated detection of internal disease,apparent disease,and structural deformation of tunnel structure.The engineering application results show that this equipment realizes non-contact and efficient comprehensive detection of tunnel lining thickness,back cavity,steel arch distribution,lining cracks,lining damage,water leakage,tunnel cross-section,shield tunnel ellipticity,and segment misalignment,reaching an operating efficiency of 10-40 km/h,which is 2-8 times higher than that of conventional detection methods.The testing shelter adopts modular design,which can be equipped on wheeled vehicle chassis and track flat car,and is suitable for various conditions such as tunnel construction,completion acceptance,and operation period,thus it is worth popularizing.
