摘要
跟腱病(AT)无论是通过保守疗法还是手术疗法,都无法完全恢复跟腱的自然成分、组织构造和机械性能。间充质干细胞(MSCs)能够向肌腱组织方向分化,并通过发挥其免疫调控、细胞外基质重塑和血管生成的功能,促进肌腱的愈合。在肌腱的再生和修复过程中,MSCs起着关键的作用,并且具有广阔的应用潜力。现对MSCs在治疗AT中的作用机制进行阐述,以期为AT的研究和治疗提供思路。
Achilles tendinopathy(AT)is unable to fully restore the natural composition,organization,and mechanical properties of the Achilles tendon,either through conservative or surgical therapies.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are able to differentiate toward tendon tissue and promote tendon healing by exerting their functions of immunomodulation,extracellular matrix remodeling,and angiogenesis.MSCs play a key role in tendon regeneration and repair and have a broad potential for application.In this paper,we review the mechanism of action of MSCs in the treatment of AT and hope to shed light on AT research and treatment.
