摘要
考虑到直觉模糊集是处理许多实际问题的有效工具,本文提出了直觉模糊数的排序新方法和对称直觉模糊Aczél-Alsina加权平均算子。作为应用,我们采用不完全权重信息的直觉模糊多属性决策方法分析油气管道失效可能性,对管段失效可能性进行排序,确定高风险点。结果表明:一方面,基于直觉模糊集的油气管道失效可能性分析方法对指标分值的处理更为准确;另一方面,不完全权重信息的决策方法降低了主观随意性,使分析结果更符合实际。因此,本文方法能有效应用于油气管道失效可能性分析。
Considering that intuitionistic fuzzy set is an effective tool to deal with many practical problems,this paper proposes a new ranking method of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and a symmetric intuitionistic fuzzy Aczél-Alsina weighted average operator.As an application,we use the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method with incomplete weight information to analyze the failure probability of oil and gas pipelines,rank the failure probability of pipe sections,and identify high-risk pipe sections.The results show that:(1)the failure probability analysis method based on intuitionistic fuzzy set is more accurate for dealing with the index values;(2)the decision-making method with incomplete weight information reduces the subjective randomness and makes the analysis results more realistic.
