不同采收时间茵陈药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要 目的建立10个不同采收期批次茵陈药材的HPLC指纹图谱,考察整个生长期中主要功效成分合成累积变化规律,揭示绵茵陈和花茵陈药材的整体质量特征,为临床合理用药提供科学数据支撑。方法基于3~12月份采收的10批茵陈药材建立HPLC指纹图谱并进行相似度评价,以共有峰的相对峰面积为指标,采用SPSS22.0软件对不同采收时间茵陈药材进行聚类分析和偏最小二乘判别分析、评价。结果建立了10批不同采收时间茵陈药材指纹图谱,确定18个共有峰,共指认出5个共有成分。10批药材样品可分为3类,其中3、4、5月份采收的茵陈样品聚为第一类,6、7、8、9月份样品聚为第二类,10、11、12月份样品聚为第三类。结论不同采收时间的茵陈药材功效成分种类和含量存在不同,其中绵茵陈(采收期3、4、5月份)和花茵陈(采收期6、7、8、9月份)药材中功效成分累积量差异明显,说明《中华人民共和国药典》对绵茵陈和花茵陈进行分类临床运用的科学性,同时也表明以绿原酸和滨蒿内酯分别作为两者指标成分进行质量控制的合理性。 Objective To establish the fingerprints of 10 different batches of Yinchen(Artemisiae Capillaris Herba),investigate the changes of synthesis and accumulation of main functional components in the whole growth period,reveal the overall quality characteristics of Mianyinchen and Huayinchen,and provide scientific data support for clinical rational drug use.Methods To establish HPLC fingerprints and carry out similarity evaluation by 10 batches of Yinchen(Artemisiae Capillaris Herba)collected from March to December,and use the relative peak area of common peaks as index.The cluster analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis of different harvesting time of Yinchen(Artemisiae Capillaris Herba)were carried out by SPSS22.0.Results The fingerprints of 10 batches of different harvesting time were established,eighteen common peaks and 5 chemical components were identified.The 10 batches of Yinchen(Artemisiae Capillaris Herba)can be divided into 3 categories,the first category comprises the samples collected in March,April and May,the second category comprises the samples collected in June,July,August and September,the third category comprises the samples collected in October,November and December.Conclusion There are differences in the types and contents of functional components in Yinchen(Artemisiae Capillaris Herba)medicinal materials harvested at different times.Among them,there is a significant difference in the cumulative amount of functional components in Mianyinchen(harvested in March,April,and May)and Huayinchen(harvested in June,July,August,and September),indicating the scientific classification and clinical application of Mianyinchen and Huayinchen in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.At the same time,it also demonstrates the rationality of using chlorogenic acid and artemisinolactone as indicators for quality control.
