小茴香及其混淆品微性状鉴别

Microtrait Identification of Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi Fructus)and Its Confusion

目的采用微性状鉴定法来探究市场上出现的小茴香及其常见两种混淆品孜然芹、毒芹,对其进行鉴别,以确保安全用药。方法采用中药性状鉴别、微性状鉴定、显微鉴别的方法对小茴香及其混淆品孜然芹、毒芹的顶端、果柄、分果接合面等进行鉴别研究。结果小茴香及其混淆品孜然芹、毒芹在性状鉴别、显微鉴别特征上稍有差异,在微性状鉴别特征上差异较大,其中在顶端、果柄、分果背面和接合面、种子背面和接合面部位有明显的区别。结论利用中药微性状鉴定法可以很好地区分小茴香及其混淆品。

Objective Microtrait identification method was used to explore the market of Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi Fructus)and its two common confused products,cumin and celery,and identify them to ensure safe drug use.Methods Using traditional Chinese medicine trait identification,microtrait identification,and microscopic identification methods to identify and study the top,stem,and joint surface of Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi Fructus)and its mixed products such as cumin and celery.Results Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi Fructus)and its confusion cumin and celery were slightly different in trait identification and micro differentiation characteristics,and greatly in microtrait differentiation characteristics,including the tip,fruit stalk,fruit back and junction surface,seed back and junction surface.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine microtrait identification method can effectively distinguish between fennel and its mixed products.
