“SPOC+对分课堂”教学模式在《药物化学》中的探索实践

摘要 《药物化学》是药学生必修的专业课程,作为一门交叉性学科,其研究内容既包含着化学科学,同时又囊括了生命科学的内容,具有知识面广、理论性强、更新速度快等特点,给学生的学习带来一定的困难和挑战。针对现行《药物化学》课程教学中的问题,探索教学模式的改革创新,以提升教学质量并达到新时代药学人才培养质量的目的,是药学教育正面临的新的要求和任务。文章在对小规模限制性在线课程(small private online courses,SPOC)和对分课堂的内涵进行深度剖析之后发现两者均倡导以学生学为中心,并且在学习时间和学习内容上又可以高度协调配合,因此,将SPOC作为知识扩展单元融入对分课堂中,构建了“讲授-内化吸收(知识扩展)-讨论”的线上线下混合式教学模式。整个课程呈现出从线上至线下,从课内到课后,多维度、多场景、全链条的贯穿式教学情境,可对学生进行多元化和持续化的评价,有助于更准确地了解学生的综合表现,提高学生的学习质量和深度。此外,该模式与我国当前全面推行的素质教育需求紧密契合,有助于学生在文化理解与传承、审辨思维、创新、沟通和合作能力的培养,实现人才培养质量的提升。 Medicinal Chemistry is a compulsory professional course for pharmaceutical students.As an interdisciplinary subject,its research content includes both chemical science and life science.It has the characteristics of wide range of knowledge,strong theory and fast updating speed,which brings certain difficulties and challenges to students'learning.In view of the current problems in the teaching of Medicinal Chemistry,it is a new requirement and task for pharmaceutical education to explore the reform and innovation of teaching mode in order to improve the teaching quality and achieve the purpose of training quality of pharmaceutical talents in the new era.After in-depth analysis of the connotation of small private online courses(SPOC)and presentation-assimilation-discussion(PAD)class,this paper finds that both advocate student-centered learning and can be highly coordinated in terms of learning time and learning content.Therefore,SPOC is integrated into the PAD class as a knowledge expansion unit,and the online and offline blended teaching mode of"presentation-assimilation(expansion)-discussion"is constructed.The whole course presents a multi-dimensional,multi-scene,whole-chain teaching situation from online to offline,from in class to after class,which can carry out diversified and sustained evaluation of students,help to more accurately understand the comprehensive performance of students,and improve the quality and depth of students'learning.In addition,the model is closely aligned with the current all-round implementation of quality education in our country,which is helpful to the cultivation of students'cultural understanding and inheritance,critical thinking,innovation,communication and cooperation abilities,and the improvement of talent training quality.
