案例研究在肝胆胰外科临床CBL教学法中的应用探讨

摘要 肝胆胰外科基于案例的学习(case-based learning,CBL)兼具复杂性和特殊性,是各科室临床教学中的重点情景。案例研究是对一个或多个研究对象进行深入研究的方法,能够充分利用定量和定性的多重类型资料,阐释复杂情景背后的机理。文章旨在通过界定案例研究的概念,探讨案例研究与CBL教学法之间的关系,并分析案例研究在肝胆胰外科临床教学中应用的影响因素,从而深入探索肝胆胰外科临床教学中案例研究与CBL教学法的内在联系。通过了解案例研究与CBL教学法间的内在关系,以阐释肝胆胰外科CBL教学法复杂性和特殊性背后的机理,并在此基础上提出合理的建议。基于以上探索,文章旨在为案例研究在肝胆胰外科临床CBL教学法中的应用奠定理论基础,并提供切实可行的应用思路与方向。 Case-based learning(CBL)in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery has both complexity and particularity,which is the key scenario in clinical teaching of various departments.Case study is a method to study one or more research objects in detail,which can make full use of quantitative and qualitative multi-type data to explain the mechanism behind complex situations.This paper aims to explore the internal relationship between case study and CBL teaching method in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery clinical teaching by defining the concept of case study,the relationship between case study and CBL teaching method,and the influencing factors of case study in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Through the understanding of the internal relationship between case studies and CBL teaching method,the mechanism behind the complexity and particularity of CBL teaching method in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery is explained,and reasonable suggestions are put forward on this basis.Based on the above exploration,this paper aims to lay a theoretical foundation for the application of case studies in the clinical CBL teaching method of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,and provides practical application ideas and directions.
