摘要
目的评估案例教学法妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月-2022年7月四川省人民医院妇产科临床实习生30名作为对照组进行常规教学;选取2022年8月-2023年7月的30名妇产科临床实习生作为研究组,实施案例教学法,比较2组实习生的考核成绩、学习积极性、对教学效果的评价。结果研究组病例分析成绩为(89.53±7.28)分、理论成绩为(92.76±4.13)分、操作技能成绩为(94.55±4.28)分,均高于对照组的(81.42±6.25)分、(86.65±4.12)分和(89.39±4.29)分(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;在学习积极性方面,研究组批判思维评分为(10.72±1.24)分、主动参与评分为(9.37±1.34)分、同学间互动沟通评分为(14.73±2.28)分、知识积累评分为(12.56±1.26)分、自主学习评分为(7.31±1.15)分、总分为(55.56±9.36)分,均高于对照组的(9.46±1.26)分、(8.26±1.33)分、(11.42±2.25)分、(10.22±1.22)分、(6.29±1.18)分、(47.12±9.12)分(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;在对教学效果的评价方面,研究组的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论案例教学法可以帮助实习生提升学习积极性,满足教学需求,增强实习生病例分析能力,提升考核成绩。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of CBL teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 30 clinical interns of obstetrics and gynecology department of Sichuan People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group for routine teaching.A total of 30 clinical interns of obstetrics and gynecology from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research group to implement the CBL teaching method,and the assessment results,learning enthusiasm and evaluation of teaching effect of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The results of case analysis of the research group were(89.53±7.28)points,theory scores were(92.76±4.13)points and operation skill scores were(94.55±4.28)points,which were higher than(81.42±6.25)points,(86.65±4.12)points and(89.39±4.29)points of the control group(P<0.001),and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of learning motivation,the scores of the research group were(10.72±1.24)points for critical thinking,(9.37±1.34)points for active participation,(14.73±2.28)points for interaction among classmates,(12.56±1.26)points for knowledge accumulation,(7.31±1.15)points for independent learning,and(55.56±9.36)points for total score,which were higher than(9.46±1.26)points,(8.26±1.33)points,(11.42±2.25)points,(10.22±1.22)points,(6.29±1.18)points,(47.12±9.12)points of the control group(P<0.001),and the difference was statistically significant.In the evaluation of teaching effect,the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.
