临床路径教学法在牙体牙髓科本科生临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学法在牙体牙髓科本科生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月在首都医科大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓科进行临床实习的103名本科生作为研究对象,分为对照组(51名)和观察组(52名),对照组予以问题为基础的教学法(problem-basedlearning,PBL),观察组予以临床路径教学法(clinical pathway teaching method,CPTM),出科时进行理论、实践操作考核和问卷调查评价。结果观察组学生的理论、临床实践操作考核成绩分别为(92.30±3.00)分和(91.70±3.00)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生对“培养临床思维能力”和“病例汇报和分析能力”的满意度高于对照组,2组学生在提高学习主观能动性、理论知识与实践紧密结合、文献查阅和总结能力、达到预期实习目标的满意度均高于96%,但2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CPTM适用于牙体牙髓专业本科生的临床实习教学,对夯实医学生的基础理论和基本操作技能、提高临床教学质量有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of undergraduates of department of endodontics.Methods A total of 103 undergraduate students who underwent clinical internship in the department of endodontics,School of Stomatology,Capital University of Medical Sciences,from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the study and divided into a control group(n=51)and an observation group(n=52),with the control group being taught with the problem-based learning(PBL)and the observation group being taught with the clinical pathway teaching method(CPTM).At the end of the internship,theoretical and practical examination and questionnaire survey were conducted.Results The students in the observation group scored higher on the theoretical and clinical practice tests[(92.30±3.00)points and(91.70±3.00)points]than the students in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The students in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with“developing clinical thinking ability”and“case reporting and analysis ability”than those in the control group.The satisfaction rates of both groups of students in improving their subjective initiative in learning,closely integrating theoretical knowledge with practice,literature review and summarization abilities,and achieving expected internship goals were higher than 96%,but all the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CPTM is suitable for the clinical teaching of undergraduates of department of endodontics,which plays an important role in consolidating the basic theory and basic operational skills of medical students and improving the quality of clinical teaching.
