摘要 鉴于当前日益复杂的医患关系,加强医学生的人文素养教育,以适应当前医患关系迫在眉睫。“早期接触临床”是医学教育中的重要趋势,但传统教学方法不足以应对挑战。文章探讨了“以患者为中心的教学视频”在医学生教育中的应用,强调其在提升医学教育质量、增强人文关怀教育和促进持续教育及职业发展方面的重要性。通过分析可行性、安全性和成果,文章指出利用现有的教学医院资源、教学大纲和病例种类能有效整合制作高质量教学内容。视频作为互动式学习工具,提供了动态和现实世界的案例,更能吸引医学生的注意力并提高学习兴趣。同时,考虑到患者隐私保护和内容的准确性是制作教学视频时的关键考虑因素。最终,“以患者为中心的教学视频”不仅提高了教育效果,还促进了医学生的人文关怀意识和道德情操,帮助医学生在获得专业知识的同时,培养高尚的人文精神和道德情操。 The increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship is escalating,making it imperative to enhance the humanities education of medical students to adapt to the current doctor-patient relationship."Early clinical contact"is an important trend in medical education,but traditional teaching methods are insufficient to meet the challenges.This article explores the application of"patient-centered teaching video"in medical student education,emphasizing their importance in improving the quality of medical education,enhancing humanistic care education,and promoting continuous education and professional development.Through an analysis of feasibility,safety,and outcomes,the article points out that utilizing existing resources of teaching hospitals,teaching syllabus,and case types can effectively integrate and produce high-quality educational content.As an interactive learning tool,video provides dynamic and real-world cases,attracting medical students'attention and improving their learning interest.Additionally,considering patient privacy protection and content accuracy is crucial in producing educational video.Ultimately,“patient-centered teaching video”not only improve educational outcomes but also strengthen medical students'awareness of humanistic care,promoting the comprehensive development of medical education and helping students acquire professional knowledge while fostering noble humanistic spirits and ethical sentiments.
