布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的效果及对患儿临床症状和血清血清C反应蛋白的影响

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的效果及对患儿临床症状、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月德兴市人民医院收治的80例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机抛硬币方式分为单药组与联用组,每组40例。单药组采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,联用组在单药组基础上联合沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、炎症因子水平、生化指标及不良反应发生情况。结果联用组治疗总有效率为97.50%,略高于单药组的85.00%,但差异无统计学意义。联用组住院时间、肺部湿啰音及哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部X线阴影持续时间、发热消退时间均短于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联用组血清CRP、血沉、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联用组血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、D-二聚体、抗链球菌溶血O(ASO)水平均低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联用组不良发应发生率低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎可改善患儿症状及生化指标,降低血清CRP水平,控制炎症反应,安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol solution in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and the impact on clinical symptoms and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to Jiangxi Dexing Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the monotherapy group and the combined treatment group by random coin tossing method,with 40 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension,and the combined treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of salbutamol solution on the basis of the monotherapy group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammatory factor levels,biochemical indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was slightly higher than that in the monotherapy group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The length of hospital stay,pulmonary moist rales and wheezing disappearance time,cough relief time,duration of lung X-ray shadows and fever abatement time in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the monotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum CRP,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum amyloid protein A(SAA),D-dimer and anti-streptolysin O(ASO)in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the monotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the monotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol solution in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can improve symptoms and biochemical indicators of children,reduce serum CRP levels,and control inflammatory reactions in the children,and is safe and reliable.
