补肺活血胶囊联合西药在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined withWestern medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨补肺活血胶囊联合西药在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月上海市青浦区中医医院收治的103例COPD稳定期(肺肾两虚型)患者作为研究对象,按照来诊顺序交替分为对照组(n=51)与研究组(n=52)。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用补肺活血胶囊治疗。比较两治疗前后组肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、血氧指标[二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))]、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC均大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PaCO_(2)均低于治疗前,PaO_(2)均高于治疗前,且研究组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,PaO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组6 MWD均长于治疗前,且研究组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺活血胶囊联合西药治疗COPD疗效理想,可显著改善肺功能及血氧指标,有效增强运动耐量,且用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 103 patients with stable COPD(lung and kidney deficiency)admitted to Qingpu Traditional Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group(n=51)and the study group(n=52)according to the order of visit.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Bufei Huoxue capsule on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function indexes(forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC]),blood oxygen indexes(arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide[PaCO_(2)],arterial partial pressure of arterial oxygen[PaO_(2)])and 6-minute walk distance(6 MWD)before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and FVC of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaCO_(2)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,PaO_(2)were higher than before treatment,and PaCO_(2)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,PaO_(2)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 MWD of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of COPD patients has an ideal effect,which can significantly improve lung function and blood oxygen indexes,effectively enhance exercise tolerance,and has high drug safety.
