摘要
2019年7月,我国发布实施《中华人民共和国人类遗传资源管理条例》,进一步规范了我国人类遗传资源管理工作,并提供了法律依据。本文通过追溯我国人类遗传资源的发展步伐、政策变迁,梳理某三级甲等专科医院人类遗传资源工作发展及管理现状,并对管理中存在的问题逐一分析,提出了相关管理建议,用于提升人类遗传资源项目管理能力和专业。
In July 2019,China issued and implemented“Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources”,which has further standardized the management of human genetic resources in China,and provided a legal basis.This paper firstly traces the development and transformation of human genetic resources in China.Then,it composes the current situation of human genetic resources management in a gradeⅢlevel A specialist hospital,and analyze the problems in management one by one,to put forward the relevant management suggestions,in order to improve the ability and specialty of human genetic resources management.
