依达拉奉联合脑苷肌肽对重症颅脑损伤患者氧化应激反应及神经功能指标水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合脑苷肌肽对重症颅脑损伤患者氧化应激反应及神经功能指标水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月于菏泽市第三人民医院就诊的100例重症颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组采用脑苷肌肽治疗,研究组采用依达拉奉联合脑苷肌肽治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清氧化应激指标[血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)]、神经功能指标[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、脑钠肽(BNP)]及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7 d后,研究组SOD、MPO水平均高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,研究组BNP水平高于对照组,NSE、GFAP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,但差异无统计学意义。结论脑苷肌肽联合依达拉奉治疗重症颅脑损伤,能缓解患者氧化应激反应,改善神经功能,具有较高的安全性。 Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone combined with carnosine on oxidative stress and neurological function index in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in the Heze Third People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with brain side carnosine,and the study group was treated with edaravone combined with brain side carnosine.The serum oxidative stress indexes(serum malondialdehyde[MDA],superoxide dismutase[SOD],myeloperoxidase[MPO]),nerve function(neuron-specific enolase[NSE],glial fibrinic acid protein[GFAP],brain natriuretic peptide[BNP])before and after treatment and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 d of treatment,the levels of SOD and MPO in the study group were higher than those in the control group,MDA level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the level of BNP in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of NSE and GFAP were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Brain side carnosine combined with edaravone in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury can alleviate oxidative stress and improve nerve function,and has a high safety.
