新的历史条件下,随着公路路网规模和交通量持续稳定增长,路网应急事件发生的频率也越来越高,公路保通保畅的运行压力不断增加,各级公路管理部门需要不断提高路网监测和应急管理能力,以满足人民群众和社会经济发展的需要。新路网应急管理系统应用研究对于应急处置战略的制定和应急处置能力的提升具有重要意义,本文就新时期路网应急管理系统关键技术应用的必要性、体系研究、新技术研究及融合应用做了阐述。

With the continuous and stable growth of highway network scale and traffic volume,the frequency of highway network emergency events is getting higher and higher under the new historical conditions,and the operating pressure of ensuring the smooth operation of highway is constantly increasing.Highway management departments at all levels need to continuously improve their network monitoring and emergency management capabilities to meet the needs of the public and social economy development.The new research and application of highway network emergency management system is of great significance to the formulation of emergency response strategy and the improvement of emergency response capability.This article expounds the necessity,system research,new technology research,and integrated application of key technologies of highway network emergency management system in the new era.
