新疆奎屯河引水工程隧洞涌泥塌方综合处置技术

摘要 在新疆奎屯河引水工程3标隧洞段施工过程中出现大规模的涌水突泥性的塌方。本文针对涌水突泥性的塌方事故,采用超前小导管法注浆+型钢拱架支护的方法,向塌方段渣体用超前小导管进行灌浆,起到固结松动围岩和断面支撑作用,将塌方段隧洞顶部开挖成拱形,利用其成拱效应承受上部松动体的荷载,便于洞内清淤工作的开展,确保隧洞的安全贯通。 During the construction of the third standard tunnel section of Kuitun River diversion Project in Xinjiang Province,Aiming at the collapse accident caused by water gushing and mud protruding,this paper adopts the method of leading small conduit and steel arch support to grouting the ballast body of the collapse section with leading small conduit,which plays the role of consolidating the loose surrounding rock and supporting the section.The top of the tunnel of the collapse section is excavated into an arch,and the arch effect is used to bear the load of the upper loose body,which is convenient for the development of the dredging work in the tunnel.Ensure the safe penetration of the tunnel.
