三黄排石汤治疗肾结石临床研究

目的:观察三黄排石汤治疗肾结石的效果。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组用坦索罗辛治疗,研究组用三黄排石汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血肌酐(SCR)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平、疼痛指数(VAS)评分和不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄排石汤治疗肾结石效果较好,且安全。

Objective:To observe the effect of Sanhuang Paishi Decoction in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tamsulosin while the study group were treated with Sanhuang Paishi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),pain index(VAS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Paishi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of renal calculi.
