闽东畲族药膳的调查研究及开发应用思考

摘要 目的对闽东畲族药膳进行调查研究。方法通过走访和问卷调查等方式对闽东畲族药膳习用方及畲族药膳常用品种进行调查和研究。结果共收集到畲族药膳习用方20条,整理出药膳用的畲药品种30种,总结了闽东畲族药膳的特点及开发利用现状,并提出了产业化发展思路。结论理清了畲族药膳习用方及药膳常用畲药品种。可为闽东畲族药膳传承与发展提供一定的参考。 OBJECTIVE To conduct an investigation and research on the medicinal diet of the She ethnic group in East Fujian.METHODS The common varieties of medicinal diet and customary recipes of the She ethnic group in Min Dong were surveyed and studied through visits and questionnaires.RESULTS A total of 20 commonly used medicinal dietary prescriptions of the She ethnic group were collected,30 varieties of medicinal materials used in these dietary prescriptions were organized,the characteristics and current development and utilization status of the East Fujian She ethnic medicinal diet were summarized,and ideas for industrial development were proposed.CONCLUSION Clarifying the customary recipes and commonly used medicinal ingredients of the She ethnic group’s medicinal diets can provide a certain reference for the inheritance and development of the She ethnic group’s medicinal diets in East Fujian.
