摘要 人工智能(AI)不仅能丰富学员的学习体验,提供个性化地智能辅助,还能实现即时、客观地自动化评估,并能拓展教师的专业发展路径。基于AI的混合式教学模式设计包括翻转课堂、项目驱动式学习、多媒体资源与互动学习平台融合以及个性化学习路径与AI支持。实践路径涉及整合AI融入教学工具和平台、加强数字化教学与AI的融合应用以及培育AI时代的数字化教育人才。基于AI的混合式教学为学历继续教育带来了深刻的变革,既优化了教学资源的获取和分发机制,又提升了个性化学习体验,有效促进了终身学习的理念,为学员提供了更高质量的学历继续教育服务。 Artificial Intelligence not only enriches the learning experience of learners and provides personalized intelligent assis-tance,but also enables instant,objective automated assessment and expands the professional development path for teachers.The design of Al-based blended teaching models includes flipped classrooms,project-driven learning,integration of multimedia resources and in-teractive learning platforms,and personalized learning paths with AI support.The practical path involves integrating AI into teaching tools and platforms,strengthening the integration and application of digital teaching and Al,and cultivating digital education talents in the AI era.Al-based blended teaching has brought about a profound change in academic continuing education,optimizing the access and distribution mechanism of teaching resources and enhancing the personalized learning experience,effectively promoting the concept of lifelong learning,and providing higher-quality academic continuing education services for students.
