摘要
基于武器装备军用贮备电池快速激活的战术技术要求,由于电解液的流速和流量是激活时间和电池性能的关键影响因素,提出了高速摄像测量电解液流量、流速的方法。采用混合气流体测量技术和高速摄像技术相结合的试验方法,通过高帧率相机和专用的测量容器,实时精确测量电解液推送的流速和流量,从而获取电解液在任一瞬时状态下流速和流量的精确数值。试验结果表明,相同型号的贮液器中流速和流量有明显的差异,变化的时间约为200 ms;气液混合进入测量容器后内部气体逐渐被排出,电解液推送时间约为4 s。该方法为新型军用贮备电池的研发和性能优化提供了支持。
Based on the tactical technical requirements for rapid activation of military storage batteries for weaponry,a method for high-speed camera measurement of electrolyte flow rate is proposed,since the electrolyte flow rate are the key influencing factors for activation time and battery performance.The test method combining mixed gas fluid measurement technology and high-speed camera technology is adopted to accurately measure the flow rate of the electrolyte push in real-time by means of a high frame rate camera and a specialized measurement container,to obtain the precise values of the flow rate of the electrolyte in any instantaneous state.The test results show that the flow rate in the same type of reservoir have obvious differences,and the time of change is about 200 ms;after the gas-liquid mixing enters the measurement vessel,and the internal gas is gradually discharged,and the time of electrolyte pushing is about 4 s.This method provides support for the research and development of a new type of military reservoir battery and the optimization of performance.
