摘要
文章采用发射光谱和红外光谱油液监测技术,对某船用液压系统异常故障进行分析,利用发射光谱表征添加剂元素的质量分数变化来测量液压油中混入润滑油的油量,利用红外光谱分析技术的差分模式再次进行分析,依据混入油量的多少准确定位故障部位,节约了设备的维修时间,取得了较好的效果。
This paper adopts two oil monitoring technologies,the emission spectrum and infrared spectrum,to carefully analyze the abnormal faults of a marine hydraulic system.By using the emission spectrum to characterize the change of content of additive elements,it measures the quantity of lubricating oil mixed in hydraulic oil.It fur⁃ther analyzes with the differential mode of infrared spectrum analysis technology to accurately locate the fault position according to the quantity of mixed lubricating oil.This method saved time for equipment maintenance and repre⁃sented a better result.
