摘要
为了降低某船用液压油缸的重量,通过材料替换与结构优化对液压油缸缸筒进行相关设计。文章首先根据静力学及灵敏度分析对原有结构进行Q345B材料替换,其次以降低缸筒重量为优化目标,在材料应力及油缸变形等约束条件下,采用基于中心复合设计(CCD)的响应面优化方法,对液压油缸进行了结构优化设计。分析结果表明,在满足壁厚校核情况下,与原结构相比,油缸减重约4.83%,为后期船用液压油缸的结构设计提供一定基础。
In order to reduce the weight of a marine hydraulic cylinder,this paper presents a design with mate⁃rial replacement and structure optimization.First of all,this paper replaced the material Q345B of the original struc⁃ture according to the statistics and sensitivity analysis.In addition,to reduce the weight of the hydraulic cylinder,under the constraints of material stress and cylinder deformation,this paper optimized the structure of the hydraulic cylinder by using the response surface optimization method based on central composite design(CCD).The analysis results show that under the condition of satisfying the wall thickness check,compared with the original structure,this design reduced the weight of the cylinder by about 4.83%,which provides a certain basis for the structural de⁃sign of the marine hydraulic cylinder in the later stage.
