产城融合视角下地方经济高质量发展影响因素及提升路径研究——以合肥市为例

Research on the influencing factors and enhancement path of high-quality development of local economy under the perspective of industry-City integration-Taking Hefei City as an example

基于区域发展理论,从高质量发展的经济维度、科技创新维度、教育水平维度、基础设施维度和居民生活水平维度构建14个评价指标,运用熵值法对合肥市2020-2022年高质量发展水平进行评价。研究发现:2020-2022年合肥市高质量发展水平持续提升,主要得益于居民生活水平提升幅度较大;但在经济发展维度表现欠佳,第二、三产业发展动力不足;科技创新有所回落。从产业经济和科技创新角度提出针对性建议,以供借鉴。

Based on the theory of regional development,14 evaluation indicators are constructed from the economic dimension of highquality development,the dimension of science and technology innovation,the dimension of education level,the dimension of infrastructure and the dimension of residents'living standard,and the entropy value method is used to evaluate the level of high-quality development of Hefei City from 2020 to 2022.It is found that the high quality development of Hefei City will continue to rise in 2020-2022,mainly due to the large increase in the living standard of residents;however,the performance in the dimension of economic development is poor,and the power of the development of the secondary and tertiary industries is insufficient;the scientific and technological innovation has fallen back.Based on this,targeted suggestions are put forward from the perspective of industrial economy and scientific and technological innovation for reference.
