State-owned assets are the important material basis of China's economic development,and the state-owned assets of colleges and universities,as an indispensable part,are of great significance in guaranteeing the healthy development of higher education.This paper discusses the status quo of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities,challenges and the necessity and importance of internal control construction,aiming at putting forward a set of scientific and reasonable intermal control system construction scheme.This program can not only help colleges and universities optimize asset management,improve the efficiency of asset use,but also provide strong support for the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
