摘要
随着我国金融机构对房地产融资政策的收紧以及政府对行业调控的深化,房地产企业营运资金管理日益重要。基于渠道理论开展营运资金管理,按照采购、生产、销售、投融资等环节对企业业务活动进行精细划分,能够真正反映各环节、各业务流程的营运资金活动实质,促进企业营运资金管理效益的提升。在研究中,选择以G房地产企业为例,从渠道理论视角分析其营运资金管理状况,并针对其现存问题提出策略。
With the tightening of real estate financing policies by financial institutions in China and the deepening of government regulation of the industry,the management of operating funds for real estate enterprises is becoming increasingly important.Based on channel theory,operating capital management is carried out by finely dividing enterprise business activities into procurement,production,sales,investment and financing stages,which can truly reflect the essence of operating capital activities in each stage and business process,and promote the improvement of enterprise operating capital management efficiency.In the study,G real estate enterprise was chosen as an example to analyze its operating capital management situation from the perspective of channel theory,and strategies were proposed to address its existingproblems.
