煤炭企业管理职能存在的问题及提升对策研究

正确认知煤炭企业管理职能的现状,能够有效提高低碳转型期间的管理效率,保障煤炭企业高质量发展。文章以煤炭企业为分析对象,对其发展现状和管理职能进行分析,发现了财务管理职能存在着缺乏统一目标管理、缺乏有效的绩效管理、管理体制有待完善以及人才缺失的问题,并提出针对性的改善措施。

A correct understanding of the status quo of management functions of coal enterprises and effective improvement of manage-ment efficiency during the low-carbon transition can guarantee the high-quality development of coal enterprises.This paper takes coal en-terprises as the object of analysis,analyzes their development status and management functions,finds that there are problems in financial management functions such as lack of unified target management,lack of effective performance management,management system to be im-proved and lack of talents,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.
