基于熵值法的财务绩效研究——以A公司为例

Research on financial performance based on entropy method—Taking company A as an example

改革开放后,城市化的快速发展使农村居民大量涌入城市,城市房屋需求增多,同时中国进入大基建时代,房地产行业确立为国家经济的支柱产业,在国内发挥了不可替代的作用。在此背景下房地产行业成为社会关注的重点,变为经济研究的热门领域。为了评估A公司的财务绩效,文章采用熵值法作为比较其他财务绩效评价方法的手段,从四大能力方面分析研究了目标企业的财务绩效,发现问题并提出改进措施。

After the reform and opening up,the rapid development of urbanization makes a large number of rural residents into the cit-y,the urban housing demand increases,at the same time,China has entered the era of large-scale infrastructure,the real estate industry es-tablished as the pillar industy of the national economy,played an irreplaceable role in the country.Under this background,the real estate in-dustry has become the focus of social concern and a hot field of economic research.In order to evaluate the financial performance of compa-ny A,this paper uses entropy method as a means to compare other financial performance evaluation methods,analyzes and studies the fi-nancial performance of the target enterprise from four aspects of competence,finds problems and puts forward improvement measures.
