Enterprise financial risk management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.How to effectively control fi-nancial risks in enterprises is one of the core contents for enterprise managers to promote enterprise management.Based on this,the article focuses on analyzing the research progress in financial risk management of enterprises both domestically and internationally,especially the development of theoretical frameworks and empirical methods.It summarizes the main problems currently faced by enterprises and proposes corresponding analysis and solutions,aiming to help them manage financial risks more effectively,improve their overall risk response abili-ty,and enhance their competitiveness.
