摘要
新时期,建筑企业员工激励制度与和谐劳动关系的协调优化,已成为推动企业可持续发展的关键因素。然而,现实中依然存在着激励制度设计不合理、劳动关系不和谐等问题,制约了企业的进一步发展。文章旨在系统分析并优化建筑企业的员工激励与劳动关系协调机制,以改善企业内部管理、提升竞争力以及确保建筑企业的可持续发展,并提出了构建企业和谐劳动关系与优化员工激励机制的路径。
In the new era,the coordination and optimization of employee incentive systems and harmonious labor relations in construc-tion enterprises has become a key factor in promoting sustainable development of enterprises.However,in reality,there still exist problems such as unreasonable design of incentive systems and disharmonious labor relations,which restrict the further development of enterprises.Therefore,this study aims to systematically analyze and optimize the employee incentive and labor relationship coordination mechanism in construction enterprises,in order to improve internal management,enhance competitiveness,and ensure the sustainable development of con-struction enterprises.It also proposes a path to build harmonious labor relations and optimize employee incentive mechanisms in enterprises.
