体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)会使前置胎盘的发生风险增加约2~3倍。IVF-ET导致前置胎盘发病率增高的病理机制尚不明确,不同的不孕原因以及不同的技术操作方式对IVF-ET后前置胎盘的发病率存在影响,应将所有IVF-ET妊娠纳入前置胎盘高危管理,进行系统筛查。

In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)increases the risk of placenta previa by about 2-3 times.The pathological mechanism of this phenomenon is not yet clear.Different causes of infertility and different technical procedures have an impact on the incidence of placenta previa after IVF-ET.All IVF-ET pregnancies should be included in the high-risk management of placenta previa and undergo targeted screening.
