This paper aims to explore the application of ice and snow sports skill transfer in physical education and training,and conducts research on thetheoretical basis,influencing factors,application mode,as well asevaluation and effect.Through the definition of the concept of sports skill transfer and the analysis of the characteristics of ice and snow sports,the theoretical basis of ice and snow sports skill transfer is established.The influence mechanism of individual factors,environmental factors and task factors on the transfer of ice and snow sports skills is deeply explored,which provides a scientific basis for teaching and training.In terms of application mode,the application mode such as teaching design and method,training plan and course arrangement is put forward,which provides a feasible scheme for ice and snow sports education and training.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of evaluation indicators and methods,which provides a scientific means for evaluating the effect of teaching and training.In the research,limitations and prospects,the shortcomings are pointed out and the future research direction is discussed.This paper is of great significance for promoting the development of research on skill transfer inice and snow sports and improving the level of ice and snow sports education and training.
