五年制高职体育课程教学中理论课的重要性分析

Analysis on the Importance of Theoretical Courses in the Teaching of Physical Education in Five-Year Higher Vocational Colleges

实践是理论的萌芽,理论是实践的指导。在体育课程教学中,体育理论课占据着重要地位。理论学习是实践课的前提,能够为实践课打下良好的基础,同时对体育课程教学训练有着重要的指导作用。该文经调研发现,大多数高职院校对体育并不重视,其中理论教学更是浮于表面。该文从“重理论”角度,探讨体育理论课程的重要性以及课程教学改革,以期能够为五年制高职院校体育教学方式、方法的创新提供借鉴,从而提升体育学科在学校课程教学中的重要性。

Practice is the germ of theory,and theory is the guide of practice.In the teaching of physical education courses,physical education theory course occupies an important position.The study of theory is the premise of the practice course,which can lay a good foundation for the practice course,and has an important guiding role for the teaching and training of physical education course.The paper found that most of the higher vocational colleges and universities do not pay attention to sports,in which the theory teaching is even more superficial.This paper discusses the importance of physical education theory coursesand curriculum teaching reform from the perspectiveof"focusing on theory",in order to provide reference for the innovation of physical education teaching methods and approaches in five-year higher vocational colleges and universities,so as to enhance the importance of physical education in school curriculum teaching.
