初中体育教学中基于核心素养的落实转化后进生的探讨

摘要 该文旨在探讨初中体育教学中基于核心素养的落实,以有效转化“后进生”的学习状况。为达到此目的,该文采用文献分析、实地观察、教学实践等多种研究方法。研究结果表明,“后进生”在初中体育教学中普遍表现出学习态度不端正、缺乏好的学习方法、底子差、自暴自弃等特点。针对这些问题,该文提出了一系列教学措施,包括尊重信任、表扬激励、团结协作、科学指导、形式多样的考核和分层练习。这些措施通过培养学生的学科兴趣、激发学习动力、提高团队协作能力等方面发挥了积极作用。综合研究结果得出结论,初中体育教学中基于核心素养的落实是提高“后进生”学习效果的有效途径。通过尊重、关怀和个性化的教学方法,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其对体育学科的认同感和信心。 This study aims to explore the implementation of core literacy in junior high school physical education teaching,in order to effectively achieve the conversion of the learning situationof"underachievers".In order to achieve this goal,this study adopts a variety of research methods such as literature analysis,field observation and teaching practice.The results show that the"underachievers"in junior middle school physical education generally show the characteristics of improper learning attitude,lack of good learning methods,poor foundation,self-abandonment and so on.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a series of teaching measures,including respect and trust,praise and motivation,solidarity and cooperation,scientific guidance,various forms of assessment and stratified practice.These measures have played a positive role in cultivating students'subject interest,stimulating their learning motivation and improving their teamwork ability.Based on the research results,it is concluded that the implementation of core quality in junior high school physical education teaching is an effective way to improve the learning effect of underachievers.Through respectful,caring and personalized teaching methods,it can stimulate students interest in learning and improve theirsense ofidentity and confidence in physical education.
