A Comparative Study on the Professionals'Training Mode of Leisure Sports Majors in Henan Province

为解决河南省高校休闲体育专业人才培养模式存在问题。运用文献资料法、对比分析法,对河南省高校休闲体育专业开设时间、培养目标、课程设置、毕业要求等内容进行对比,分析人才培养过程在师资匹配、教学环境和育人实践等方面问题,并提出加强教师队伍的专业和实践水平。以市场化为导向,更新专业课程体系,重视学生实践和创新能力培养,改善学校休闲体育教学环境,对毕业生做好职业规划指导的建议。

In order to solve the problems in the training mode of leisure sports professionals in colleges and universities in Henan Province.This paper compares the opening time,training objectives,curriculum,graduation requirements and other contents of leisure sports majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province by using the methods of literature and comparative analysis,and analyzes the problems in the training processi ni the aspects of facultymatching,teaching environment and education practice,and put forward the proposal to strengthen the professional and practical level of the faculty team.It also puts forward the suggestions of updating the pro fessional curriculum system with market-oriented,emphasizing the cultivation of students practicaland innovativeability training,improving the teaching environment of leisure sports in schools,and providing good guidance on career planning for graduates.
