摘要
该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,旨在研究“双减”后广州市小学生参加体育锻炼的现状。结果显示:“双减”后,学校体育教师人数和开足体育课时方面呈现较大幅度的增长态势,体育教师工作压力也越来越大;学校更加重视体育工作,学生校内体育活动时间延长;家长更加重视学生体育锻炼,学生校外体育锻炼时间延长,校外体育锻炼时间严重不足。建议师资力量配备和场地、设施方面进一步完善,多渠道为体育教师搭建平台,助推小学体育教师专业成长和发展,学校和家长积极促进学生参与校内外体育锻炼,为促进学校体育工作高质量发展和提升学生体质健康提供参考依据。
By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper aims to study the currentsituation of primary school students'participation in physical exercise in Guangzhou after the"double reduction".The results show that after the"double reduction",the number of physical education teachers in schools and the number of hours ofphysical education classeshave increased greatly,and the work pressure of physical education teachers is also increasing;schoolspay more attention to physical educationwork,and the time ofstudents'sports activities in schools has been extended;parents pay more attention to students'physical education,and the time of students'out-of-school physical education has been extended,and the time of students'physical education is seriously insufficient outside the school.It is recommended that further improvements be made in terms of teacher staffing and venues and facilities,that a platform be built for physical education teachers through multiple channels to boost the professional growth and development of elementary school physical education teachers,and that schools and parents actively promote students'participation in physical exercise both inside and outside of school,so as to provide a reference basis for promoting the high-quality development of school physical education work and improving students'physical health.
