This paper aims to explore the relationship between physical exercise and psychological well-beingof primary school students.Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and theoretical discussions,this paper first introduces the importance of physical exercise for primary school students,andthen exploresthe positive impact of physical exercise on the psychological well-being of primary school students,includingthebenefits of improving self-esteem and reducing anxiety and depression.Subsequently,it analyzes various factors that influence the relationship between physical exercise and psychological well-being in primary school students,such as exercise frequency,types of exercise,and family support.Finally,this paper emphasizes the crucial role of physical exercise in promoting psychological well-being among primary school students and provides some suggestionsto help schools and families betterfocus on the physicalexercise needs of primary school students,thereby fostering their overall psychological health.
