中职学校作为培养技能型人才的重要基地,其体育教育的质量直接关系到学生的身心健康和综合素质。民族传统体育项目是各民族在长期生产和生活过程形成的独特体育文化现象,具有鲜明的民族特色和地域特点,将其融入中职体育教学当中,不仅可以丰富教学内容和教学形式,提高学生的体育学习兴趣,还有助于培养学生的民族自豪感和文化认同感。该文就中职体育教学融入民族传统体育项目的实践展开研究和讨论,旨在为中职体育教学改革提供有益的参考。

As an important base for cultivating skilled talents,the quality of physical education in vocational schools directly affects the physical and mental health and comprehensive quality of students.Traditional ethnic sports is a unique sports and cultural phenomenon formed by various ethnic groups in the long-term production and life process,with distinct ethnic and regional characteristics,and its integration into vocational physical education teaching can not only enrich teaching content and form,improve students'interest in sports learning,but also help cultivate students'sense of national pride and cultural identity.This paper conducts research and discussion on the practice of integrating traditional ethnic sports into vocational physical education teaching,aiming to provide useful references for the reform of vocational physical education teaching.
