摘要
蹼泳是一项对力量和耐力要求极高的运动,核心稳定力量作为运动员整体力量的重要组成部分,对蹼泳运动员的成绩有着显著影响。蹼泳运动中,运动员需要保持身体的平稳,利用核心肌群的收缩来提供动力,使身体在水中保持连续的前进速度。为了帮助运动员取得更好的成绩,如何进行有效的核心稳定训练成为当下的热点课题。该文阐述了核心稳定力量的概念及其在蹼泳运动中的重要性,探讨核心稳定力量训练的具体方法,包括蹼泳板与踩水训练、平衡性训练等,举例说明实践中核心稳定训练的应用,提出了在蹼泳运动员力量训练中加强核心稳定力量训练的建议,供学界探讨。
Finswimmingis a sport that requires extremely high strength and enduranceand core stabilizing power,as an important component of the athlete's overall strength,has a significant impact on the performance of fin-swimmers.In finswimming,the athlete needs to keep the body stable and use the contraction of the core muscle group to provide power,so that the body can maintain a continuous forward speed in the water.In order to help athletes achievebetter performance,how to carry out effective core stabilizing power training has become a hot topic nowadays.This paper elaborates on the concept of core stabilizing power and its importance in finswimming,explores the specific methods of core stabilizing power training,including finswimmingboard and water treading water training,balance training,etc.,illustrates the application of core stabilizing power training in practice and proposes suggestions for strengthening core stabilizing power training in finswimming athletes'strength training for the discussion of the academia.
