手机成瘾倾向对冰雪体育专业大学生睡眠质量与情绪的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency on Sleep Quality and Emotions of College Students Majoring in Ice and Snow Sports

目的:在于深入探析手机成瘾倾向这一因素对冰雪体育专业大学生的正负情绪、睡眠质量的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法对冰雪体育专业大学生的手机成瘾倾向、正负情绪及睡眠质量的情况进行调查研究。结果:被调查的冰雪体育专业大学生总体上手机成瘾倾向程度过高(占比39.81%);不同性别在睡眠质量上有显著意义(P<0.05);女性冰雪体育专业大学生手机成瘾倾向与睡眠质量和负性情绪呈正相关,与正性情绪呈负相关;手机成瘾倾向对于负性情绪有正向促进作用,对于正性情绪有降低效果。结论:手机成瘾倾向对于女性冰雪体育专业大学生有明显影响,而睡眠质量对于情绪也发挥着部分中介作用。

Objective:To investigate the impact of mobile phone addiction on the positive and negative emotions and sleep quality of college students majoring in ice and snow sports.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the mobile phone addiction tendency,positive and negative emotions,and sleep quality of college students majoring in ice and snow sports.Results:The overall degree of cell phone addiction tendency of the investigated ice and snow sports professional college students was too high(39.81%);there was a significant significance in the quality of sleep by different genders(P<0.05);the cell phone addiction tendency of female ice and snow sports professional college students was positively correlated with the quality of sleep and negative emotions,and negatively correlated with the positive emotions;the cell phone addiction tendency had a positive promotion effect on the negative emotions,and had a decreasing effect on the positive emotions.The tendency of cell phone addiction has a positive promotion effect on negative emotions and a decrease effect on positive emotions.Conclusion:The tendency of cell phone addiction has a significant effect on female ice and snow sports majors,and the quality of sleep also plays a part in mediating the mood.
