公安院校警体课程思政建设的困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Construction of the Police Physical Education Course in Public Security Colleges and Universities

结合当前课程思政建设的需要,将公安院校警体课程中思政建设的实施策略进行研究。通过文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析法,对当前警体课程思政开展的情况进行研究,该文发现:第一,警体课程中不但要提升学警的身体素质,更应当重视并且发挥课程的育人功能,警体课程具有运动能力的提升和顽强拼搏、积极进取精神的双重培养目标。第二,授课教师对课程思政的认识不够到位;警体课程思政建设中存在思路不明确;警体课程思政的顶层结构还不完善等三个方面的困境。第三,根据上述问题,对警体课程思政建设提出七项实施策略:借助教学团队,做好警体课程思政的顶层设计;提升警体教师思政能力,增强课程育人意识;利用兴趣优势,挖掘体育项目思政内涵;探索全新教学手段,打破传统教学方式;学以致用,丰富考核内容手段突出思政元素;弘扬中华优秀传统文化,树立尚武精神;讲述典型体育励志故事,弘扬体育精神。

Combined with the needs of the current curriculum ideological and political construction,the public security colleges and universities in the police physical education program in the implementation of the ideological construction strategy for research.This paper uses the literature method,investigation method and logical analysis method to study the current situation of ideological and political development of the police physical educationcourse,and finds that:First,thepolice physical education course should not only improve the physical fitness of the police officers,but also pay more attention to and give full play to the educational function of the course,and the police physical education course has the dual training goals of improving athletic ability,tenacious struggle and positive and enterprising spirit.Secondly,there are three dilemmas,namely,teachers'lack of awareness of the ideology of the course,unclear thinking in the construction of the ideology of the police physical education course,and imperfect top-level structure of the ideology of the police physical education course.Thirdly,according to the above problems,seven implementation strategies are put forward for the construction of the ideological and political construction of the police physical education course:with the help of the teaching team,to do a good job in the top-level design of the police physical education course,to improve the ideological and political ability of police teachers and enhance the awareness of curriculum education,to takethe advantages of interest to explore the ideological and political connotation of sports projects,to explore new teaching methods and break the traditional teaching methods,apply what they have learned,to enrich the assessment content and highlight the ideological and political elements,to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and establish the martial spirit,tell typical sports inspirational stories and promote the spirit of sports.
